Displeased

When I took it in it took two visits and 3 days to get it functioning. Asked questions on how to operate it, because I’ve only have worked with pc before. I was basically told that they didn’t have time to go over how it was different. Basic, you bought it, we don’t help you in using it. No quick basic explanation of the differences, just that’s for you to figure out yourself. I wasn’t trying to get lessons, but to be shown some of their differences. You don’t like it, just return it by Friday or in two days. No help, in fact pretty rude. He wasn’t busy or I might have given him some credit for not giving me some quick suggestions to what I could do to better use my new laptop. You bought it it’s yours. Don’t bother us with it. After 3 days and two visits I was basically ushered out the door. I definitely will not be going back into a Best Buy again. Of course I would not give anybody a positive review of them either.

Great laptop, annoying emails

The 2-3 marketing emails I get daily from Best Buy or the credit card I signed up for suck. I was told I’d get $200 in points. I got an email saying I had $100, with a time limit. That’s the reason for 1 star.

A friend had recommended it to me., it was great for them. And their needs as a teacher, but for me, it was just not compatible the Apple iPad works best for me.
