Disappointing Business Practices by Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would expect this shady of business practices by Best Buy. I purchased an open box MacBook Air for $850 which had been on their site for days. I finally pulled the trigger and I receive an email a day later saying the item is no longer available. However, when I go to my Safari bookmark, the same exact model is still available for $1050. Best Buy didn't like the price it advertised and changed it instead of honoring a business transaction. Very disappointed after years of my support.

Memory is not enough

My mistake
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The deal went south when my trade in didn’t have the value I thought it did. I asked Best Buy to refund the deal, they did with a smile. Without the trade in, the M2 machine is only 200 less than the M3 from Apple direct.
