It’s good but still no touch screen so it’s extremely hard to adjust, coming from a 300 basic laptop.

Ordered it online through Best Buy on Black Friday and still haven’t received the order. I’ve spend 8 hours on the phone and at store and still no help or resolution. Status was noted as hazardous since it has a battery and then requires a signature from Beat Buy to ship it but nothing has been resolved. Buyer beware when ordering online as the customer service is horrible and your left to fend for yourself to make anything happen. Never ordering online again from Best Buy! Now I just trying to get it cancelled and my money back which you’d think would be easy but they won’t refund me yet at this point.

I like it but not all what I expected to get with the purchase

Returned the air - could not use most of the apps I needed.

it was a big mistake buying a laptop here. Constantly slows down, iCloud and applications are not updated, it is impossible to enter applications, almost not a single application works normally, NOT ONE! Telegram hangs for months, with photos the same, you need to change browsers to make it work. I contacted the store twice, no help, the warranty was very short now it is clear why, because the goods are clearly in poor condition. I do not recommend it.

Another Apple. MacBook is MacBook, Apple is Apple. Nothing more.

Not even a year into using this the screen has started going out after no drops or other issues. Unfortunate.

My experience may be an exceptional one. The laptop gets overheated in the back while using even a few apps. Battery does not support as long as stated (may be because of overheating issues).

I cant give a good review because my laptop isnt working properly. Half of the keys doesnt work and im unablw to vist a store to have it fix at the moment. The representative told me i have 2 weeka to return product or else i cant return. I will only be allowed to fixed the laptop. The laptop has a hardware problem and its unfair for me to pay over a 1000 dollars for a defective laptop.

A nice laptop but no touchscreen and no ability to use a pen.

Great Computer but the people that work there don’t know what they’re doing. I had to return it they didn’t even erase it. I’ve tried three times for them to get it back. No response.

I ordered this computer in late March. It still had not arrived by late April. I found a number to call (not on the Best Buy website, it's not there, I had to look on my AmEx bill) and was helped by someone whose first language is not English. This is terrible customer service. I should be able to do this online OR be able to speak with someone I can understand. I will not be using BestBuy.com any more.

My MacBook keeps hanging, since the day I bought. I had called Apple but has been of no help.

Lid does not close all the way on one side. There is a noticeable gap.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not order small items on Best Buy and get them shipped. My item was stolen during shipping and Best Buy refuses to replace or refund me!

I have an IPhone, IPad, Apple Watch so when I needed a new PC, I thought I would try the Mac. How hard could it be? I should have listened to the geek squad guys (3of them) who told me they hated Mac computers. It is NOT like your phone, pad or watch. It’s complicated and actions don’t make sense. To do one thing on a PC, takes 3-5 actions. You can keep it. I returned it and we bought a new HP. not interested in a learning curve.

Just seemed much slower than my older laptop so i decided to return it and stick with what i have.

Other than my interaction with the Geek Squad, my buying experience at Best Buy in Bismarck was terrible. The sales staff lied to me and when I pointed this out to them they showed no concern at all of making it right.
