This is my second Apple MacBook Air. My only complaint with the this new laptop is the off and on disconnect with wi-fi. This seems to be a common complaint with a lot of users with the new M2 chip.

Great value, replacing a 20 year old Mac air for less money than the old one. Faster, brilliant colors and more RAM and storage.

This was a great purchase. The laptop was picked up in great condition and has been very useful during my freshman year of college. Could not recommend more!

Been with mac for a long time and this is by far my favorite laptop ever. Just wish there was a regular usb port but it doesnt make much difference. Love it!

Product is as expected, wonderful device. This new Upgrade+ program through Best Buy and Citizen is an awful program that they need to sort out before advertising it so much. You can buy something but getting approved takes a while and then if you select in store pickup in 1 hour they are lying. The process can take up to 4 days and they can’t give a straight answer on when or why. The process takes 4-7 business days to undo so it’s a whirlwind of a useless program. They at least need to remove the pick up in 1-hour part or point out the process is not good for somebody who needs a device in the near future.
