    I got the basic model of the MacBook Air 15 inch laptop because I use it primarily for professional writing and personal web browsing - no heavy lifting. I find it to be a giant step up from my previous Macbook, which is over ten years old. The screen is sensational - compared to my former Mac, it's a delight to use. The keyboard, which is all important to my work, is a joy to use, and I type a lot of words everyday. In short, it's everything I wanted it to be, and more.
