    The product is, of course, great! But what I would like to come in on is the service that comes along with it! It is a great benefit to have a Best Buy a Geek Squad in town when the nearest Apple store is 30 to 40 minutes away. I also appreciate that with the membership in Best Buy’s partner programs I get two years of AppleCare for this laptop! Win-win!

    This Mac was purchased as my older Mac started slowing down and some programs did not want to work properly. I bought this one thinking I would have a better outcome of loading pages and faster speed. This newest model is no better than my Mac I bought back in 2016. Kind of disappointed I spent so much money to not have any better outcome with a new computer.

    I purchased this MacBook Air 15" for myself. I'm replacing a desktop model. This is the first time I have owned a computer that I don't use a mouse. I have had other brands of laptops which have all used a mouse. It has been a learning curve. It may take me a little time to get used to the pad. I am really enjoying this computer and the freedom it has given me.
