    This was my second attempt to transition from PC to Mac. Success! I really enjoy how everything I do on my Mac, iPhone, or iPad is connected. I’m also very impressed with Apple’s M2 chip. Very quick.

    The Sales people were very helpful and friendly. The only negative thing is that they talked us into purchasing the Geek Squad warranty. This was to cover the transferring of data from my old iMac. Then I come to find out they are not allowed to do that work. They sent us to another location where we were told the SAME THING. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE CANCELLED THE WARRANTY.

    We got this laptop for our daughter to take to college. We confirmed with the school in advance that all programs would work without conflict and got solid advice on models from our Best Buy associate.

    The in store help we received was second to none when we had to exchange my laptop. It was defective and they can't help that. The call I placed was someone who was not help.
