    Great laptop, but the battery does not fully charge, paused at 12%. Consulting with Apple Support for a solution. I will return the laptop tomorrow to Best Buy.

    Ordered OpenBox Excellent condition but received item in Satisfactory condition with dents, marks and scratches all over. Item was not even cleaned properly. Returned it in store
