Honestly returned this product from Best Buy and ordered from Apple, I needed more than 8gb of RAM for my tasks Otherwise designed well and looks sleek

The Apple computer I purchased is wonderful. But what was more wonderful was the service I received at the Denver West store from management to Geek Squad employees. They are top notch and went above and beyond their duty to make sure I was properly and perfectly taken care of.

Lasted a year and 4 months (1 year warranty) and won’t turn on. Needs a $650 repair.

They note the wrong purchase day and the device price is reduce after my purchase. Plus, the memebership is hard to cancel.

Very pleased with this purchase. It also only took 2 business days from the time I made the purchase, to the time I got the product.

Setup did not go well. Went to the local best buy store to get help from the geek squad but was told they could not help me until next Thursday. So much for the $199 total .. package care.

Crashes, everytime i use my finger print to unlock screen flashes and wont turn on i have to click it again then it turns on, and only 8 gigs of ram in todays world i had 8 gig back in 2008 also gets hot enough to burn your leg

My daughter uses this for college. It's a part of her. She carries it where ever she goes and watches Youtube or the Dish Network app. Plus she got a 4.0 her first semester. I'm sure this Macbook had something to do with it

I love my MacBook Air! It handles everything I need it to while editing high resolution photos, including managing both Lightroom and Photoshop simultaneously. Sleek design and easy to transport with all day battery life.

This is the first I am using MacBook Laptop, really it was nice experience and I am enjoying the laptop.

Easy to carry, nice looking, give users warm feelings with changing wallpaper daytime and night time.

This new 13.6" MacBook Air with the M2 chip is living up to the "rave reviews" that prompted me to purchase it, replacing a much older 13.3" MacBook Air, and Geek Squad did a good job of migrating data from the older model to the new model. My use so far has been just for internet browsing and music (Safari) and documents (Pages) but I expect that more demanding uses will also go smoothly. Built-in speakers are surprisingly good.

I love this MacBook. This is my second MacBook. Purchased my first in 2014. It still runs great, just wanted the latest. I’m so happy with the Apple products. I had to have a new MacBook Air.

For the price tag I had expected more use out of it. Overheats too easily.

I needed a new computer and this one is exactly as expected- solid computer without all the benefits of the Pro version.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. I’ve had this computer eight months and for the last two months, the trackpad and keyboard stopped working. At first, restarting, rebooting, resetting back to factory standards would work but now NOTHING works to make keyboard and trackpad work. Look up Reddit complaints of THOUSANDS of people having the same problem. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I was worried that the blue paint would scratch off. So far so good. The only issue I’ve had is finding a case that looks good for it, and that isn’t on the laptop.

Doesn’t have a usb entry port and smaller screen than expected

Employee does not care or approach to help, I had to walk all the store to find someone and when I did find a guy he was rushing me. I expected service helping me with my different options questions and details about the devices. Very rude employee on this Westland Location.

Not crazy about it. Prefer the graphics on the old MacAir.
