Perfect for normal daily use! But when you do video editing,need more memory!

It is pretty good when it comes to school work but it can’t even run more than a mobile game I could do everything I do on the mac on my phone

It’s hard for me to give this a proper of you considering I can’t even use it. It was broken immediately out of the box. The trackpad works when it wants to and completely freezes. The system at times. This would typically be a pretty easy fix cause I would just take it back to Best Buy or walk into an Apple Store however I am currently in Okinawa and there’s no options for repair. It’s completely unacceptable. No $1500 laptop should be broken right out of the box no matter who makes it.

The only gift my 16 year old aaked for, and we are all things apple. Perfect gift for a teen who is always on their phone anyway

My rating of one star is for Best Buy, not the M2 Macbook Air. I've purchased many Apple products from Best Buy over the years (was an elite plus customer for the past few years) and have never had an issue. This one however, was a problem. Bought it on Christmas eve and on Jan. 19th, took it back to Best Buy for a replacement. The computer quit charging after a couple of weeks, so took it back to Best Buy to have it replaced. Was informed that their new return policy is 14 days, no exceptions. Now I'm a former Best Buy customer!

Terrible customer service,wanted it delivered they went to the wrong house and returned it to store and told me i couldn't just pick it up and i have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back i will be reordering from some place else

Im glad i could give this laptop to my boyfriend he really enjoys it &’ i even got my dad to purchase this same laptop

This product works well with iphone and has a good interface, but seems to work very slowly with even the most basic browsers and lags behind a number of competing devices I’ve used.

So far not good, since we have set it up we have had to get ahold of support with into the 1st 24 hrs because the speakers weren’t working. Now we have noticed that the screen has air bubbles in it.

The item wasn't listed online but when I went in it was there. I signed into the Mac when I got home used of for about an hour then when I went back it had a black screen and a blank text box I couldn't back out of. Besides the laptop the employees that walk around are helpful

Excellent device. Bought this to replace my MacBook Air from 2019. Works very well. M2 Chip is fast.

Excellent laptop. No issues see so far. Migration from old Macbook Air to this one was breeze.

Replacing a MacBook that is maybe six years old. This new one is twice as heavy, twice is sick, and the performance is not any better. Overall a disappointment. I am only replacing because I have to related to work. The screen is awkward. Something about the size is odd.

In fact, there are several other ways to purchase this computer and I highly suggest you take one of those couses of action. I cant explain the amount of lies I was told and later even told, "yeah, he lied to you". Best Buy has gone down that hill and looks unrecoverable. Go buy from somewhere else.
