    When I arrived to pick up the computer the clerk dropped the box on the floor. She then proceeded to hand it to me when I refused and said I wanted different one. She gave me push back and tried to tell me they are packaged well. She never even offered to open ot and check it for damage. I demanded a new laptop and was given a new one but very poor customer service.

    BN used to be the Gold Medal winner for service. Now just awful. Bought device and within return window it went on sale. Went to store , said they couldn’t do on store( never issue before). Called the 800 number spent 20 min on phone, was told it was resolved. Waited a week and never given price match. Now out of luck. Just horrid service and never used to be the case.

    The screen for this Mac SUCKS. And all Apple products for that matter. I have never owned an apple product where the screen hasn't broken or been scratched within the first 3 months. Clearly Apple uses sub-standard screens in all of their high dollar products. Never going to buy one again. The very expensive product becomes a piece of trash too easily.

    Maca are always a luxtury experuence. But force the orice there are much better alternatives
