    I returned this laptop as I didn't like it. It was too small for me so I returned it and had my computer guy find me one that worked for me. I bought a 15" and wanted a 17".

    Very poor service - product item was the wrong model and replacement item was very very delayed and responses from your team was very unprofessional. We had to cancel the order and requested refund of the full price and to date, we have not heard from your team as to the status of the refund.

    Came sticky, looked as if something spilled all over it. Spent hours disinfecting it and cleaning Contacted customer service but still haven’t gotten a response. I requested a replacement and still no word.
