I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it! Until… there was a password glitch. We both did several hours of resetting the password with very clear instructions from Apple instructions and through YouTube videos. We successfully reset the password many times and ended up stuck in a loop of having to repeatedly reset the password, use the associated phone numbers, old passwords and new ones, and texted codes. We’re done. I’m not sure if we’re just going to return it or exchange for another. This was initially such a great laptop, which seamlessly integrated with her iPad and iPhone. It’s too bad. I’m concerned about trying to go through Geek Squad because the MacBook only had been set up with our home wifi, and the instructions wouldn’t work with a new wifi according to the instructions we’d found. Hopefully Best Buy or Apple can make this right. If so I’ll update this review.

This product looks great and works great… but has an issue with collecting finger prints

Amazing how the MacBook interacts with the iPhone. It's a game changing experience. The batteries last forever and after a few days I'm comfortable with the system. Trying to get use to the fact that there is "only" two ports and they are usb-c, but it is a wonderful machine.

Great laptop with a fast processor. Also lightweight for portable use

Size, weight and construction is solid. Does not have any older stlye ports so will need the adapters for things like USB, HDMI, etc. The only con is that the adapters are way over priced and Apple took advantage of the consumer on that and is immoral on Apple's part there.

First time buying MacBook and it working smoothly and efficiently

moving from a PC to a Mac. 95% good, a few details that are less attractive. The computer works wonderfully, fast, and easy but some of the applications, not so much. rough for DOCX file to move across. Word processor Pages is nothing like Word and seem very disjointed.
