I needed to purchase a new Apple laptop but wasn’t thrilled with spending for the cost of the Mac Book Pro presently. It just happened that my need occurred at the same time as the release of the new Neo laptop. Fast forward a couple weeks - I love it. It has everything I need as a retired person. It doesn’t have the backlit keyboard or surround speakers of the Pro, but the storage, visual interface, video display and length of a charge are awesome. Love the Indigo color - fun and different! I would recommend the Apple Neo for anyone looking for the security of an Apple product with a budget friendly price.

Came quickly and works great! Battery life is solid and even though it’s running an iPhone chip it runs Minecraft and everyday browsing great. Build is very premium for the price.

My favorite laptop. I love the mini. I don’t think I can go back to anything else. The battery life last long. The speed is great! I don’t need too advance and this is perfect for my needs.

This is a top notch Apple Quality laptop .I have an assortment of Apple devices going back to the 1980s and as usual, you can feel the quality manufacturing. I love the Aluminum shell/body combined with the blue color. I have three older silver MacBooks so I decided to get an up-to-date system that is easily sufficient for my general computing needs. I don’t do video editing but for everything else this handles it well. With a 100mbps internet connection this laptop loads websites instantly. The keyboard is excellent as are all apple keyboards. It’s one of the main reasons I stick with Apple. It’s a perfect daily driver laptop. I went with a 256gb model because that was what was available. The USBc ports will do the job and it comes with a charger. No regrets.

Very handy,portable,very useful for my student, it has a large memory-256GB and battery lasts long. I think this is the best deal for MacBook.

Having used the Macbook Neo for enough time now, I can personally say that this is the best laptop you can get for the price hands down. Even though there some features missing that might turn people off, it has all the essence and DNA still there that people love about the Macbook. And compared to other laptops in this price range, it's a no brainer. Apple hit a homerun with this one. Especially if you can one in good enough condition in open box or refurbished on Best Buy, it makes it that much more affordable.

Granted, i use the device similar to a Chromebook but the quality, design & performance are top notch.

I recently purchased the MacBook Neo from Best Buy and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. It's perfect for everyday tasks like schoolwork and managing documents. I'm not sure why some people complain about its speed for gaming, as this computer was built for simplicity and affordability. For me, when I want to game, I use my PlayStation 5, and if someone really needs a computer for gaming, they should get one that's designed for that purpose. It fits my budget perfectly, and I'm very happy I made the choice.

This product is super convenient and compact to carry along with you on the go. The battery life is amazing on this.

For this day and age, especially with the ram crisis, getting a MacBook Neo is a great decision. The ability of this laptop to do simple tasks on a lower-end chip used in 2025 pro model iPhones is amazing. You get what you pay for. I’ve been using this laptop for about 2 months now and it’s done exactly what I’ve needed it to. The only gripe I have is that 599 for the base model is a little over the top. If it was 499 for the base model (student/educator price), then I would be fully on board. In the end I’m honestly just happy I bought it when I did. I was able to avoid the 100 dollar price hike. Great laptop, not so great price right now. Wait for it to go on sale for lower than its original MSRP and I promise you won’t have any regrets.

Processing is super fast And I love the color! I did purchase a super cute case for it. Perfect for browsing and work.

Absolute 10/10...Lightweight, smooth, and powerful! Had the 13" iPad Air & made the trade-in to be able to maximize online work. Best decision I could've made, this laptop is so great!
