My order is on back order not Best Buy fault solid service

My daughter loves it. She wants to upgrade at some point already though.

A few items I can’t resolve so will make an appointment.

A lot of help from Frankie and Tony helped with the transition to the neo. Still getting use to it.

Had a horrible time with the person who helped me in the store. At 1st Indigo color was placed for Order while I requested for silver. The order was cancelled and Silver was placed. Then the order itself was delivered on a later date which was not communicated. When I went back to return the order as I got it late. I got a shock that the money will refunded to a gift card because the 1st person when he cancelled the wrong order put the money in gift card and placed the 2nd order. I had to request and push in the store for about 40 mins till finally a manager figured out a way to get the refund to my original payment method

Although it’s a great size, if you’re coming from an iPad to a Neo it’s not as easy to adjust to no touch screen. I found myself tapping the screen too much. It didn’t work out for me.

Overall good for personal use, not great for business or school

The software is slower than I thought it would be when I received it in the mail it’s a nice looking computer but I expected so much more from it

Slow response time, no backlit keyboard. Not good at all.

I purchased a computer that was delivered with a faulty motherboard, making it unusable from the start. As a result, I have not been able to use the computer at all and was forced to take it to technical support for repairs. I kindly request that you take into account the significant inconvenience, time loss, and frustration this situation has caused when reviewing my case.

I am an Apple user but I don’t like this small version. It’s hard to work with. Maybe it’s because I also have an iPad but I find this computer is too small. I tried to trade-in on another model but Apple will only recycle.

Bought this for my daughter and it broke after the first use. Best Buy wouldn’t let me return it since i bought it early for her 14th birthday. Then I had to take it to the Mac store which was super annoying.

I don't know what I expected, but it is SLOW,does not respond well to commands. I returned it!

Works really well super quick for 8gb ram really simple ui and feels really good quality no plastic parts even the click feels good

Best Buy was the only one who had my pink MacBook in stock at the time, (nearest to me) the process of ordering my laptop was sooo easy ! When I picked up my laptop Best Buy employees was great ! They helped me out with any questions, I even walked around to look at TVS they assisted with that. Thank you sooo much Best Buy I have always wanted a MacBook!

Horrible value honesty, it's super fast until it isn't and there's nothing you can do really about it, this models comes with 8GB of ram and 256gb of slow storage which most phones have more of both and no touch ID for $600. If you think of it as an IPad Neo, it makes more sense and becomes a more attractive product. I wouldn't recommend it to a college student or adult for work but for super casual use. The 8gb is not future proof as Apple already phased it out of their Macs, but there seems to be a weird campaign to bring it back.
