I have had apple since the 90's and this is a great product! It is super fast and works with all of my Adobe programs with ease. For the price you cannot beat it. The color is awesome, it holds a charge for a long time and the display is crystal clear. I opted for the cheaper version and I am not sorry with my desicion. If you are looking to get into the Apple world this is a good step forward. Would recommend to everyone!

Performance is good, battery life is good as well. I still don’t know how I feel about the product, I have to learn more on how it works, it’s light weight which is good. There’s some apps that I don’t need which I think can take up space.

My MacBook is so pretty and works very well. It is also very light and easy to carry around! The battery life is also very also and I haven’t charged it yet since purchasing it!

I've had my Neo for six weeks and I love it. Keep in mind my last laptop was 14 years old so you can imagine what this new one feels like. Lighter, faster, cooler looking (a blue laptop? How cool is that?) and a simpler design. No power button, it turns on when you open it. The keyboard does not light up but that isn't an issue for me because I have something in my home called lamps. Apparently the genius behind the Neo is that Apple has figured out a way to make a great laptop powered by the chip used to power the iPhone. I was a little concerned that there's really only one port, a USB-C, but I guess as technology keeps getting better everything is bluetooth so that hasn't been an issue yet. You can plug in an 1/8" audio jack which I love because I can still use my old computer speakers and also the old fashioned earbuds (I'm not spending $200 for wireless EarPods and I've tried one of the cheap versions and they didn't even last a year). In summary, I'm 66, I'm not a gamer, I'm not writing code; I use a laptop for writing, keeping track of finances (the Checkbook app, simple and great), emails and watching videos so for me, a brand new Apple laptop for $600 is a dream come true.

Absolutely love it! It is portable and powerful. I like that when I am at football practice or a track meet with my grandson I can work comfortably. So far there are no complaints about it. I actually bought this for my son and used it for a month before I gave it to him!!!

This laptop is amazing, the technology, the speed, the longevity. Holy! This last me hours and I’m in college so that says alot. If your looking for a very cheap but amazing laptop to help out with your major this is it for you (not any major that Involves downloading and editing software and much harder task) but then again I’ve played a very big game on it and It didn’t slow so maybe. Def recommend.

Perfect machine for travel and productivity. As with all iOS devices, easily setup and sync’d with the rest. Fast and bright.

I haven’t used an apple iMac or MacBook in close to 10 years. Love my iPhone and iPad but wanted to get back into the computer side of it. The price point is great and the features with the new macOS integration with my other devices is great. For having a mobile processor it’s very surprising as far as speed and power. Battery life is great as well, can easily get a full day out of it. Great machine for the price.

I bought this MacBook at Best Buy. The performance is incredibly fast, the battery life easily lasts all day, and the display is absolutely stunning. The buying experience at Best Buy was smooth and quick, which is great when you are traveling and don't want to waste time. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a premium, reliable laptop.

I’m using this computer for moderate, personal use. Battery has been reliable and long. I have not experienced overheating issues from the bottom of the laptop. Set up was straightforward. I have not found anything to dislike so far. The computer gets done what I need it to. I have done some light gaming on it; no lagging thus far. Satisfied with my purchase.
