    This is my first time owning a MacBook - I like the ability to have everything connected such as phone and computer and iPad. However, based on its overall performance I would choose a windows computer. Still a cost effective option for people not wanting to spend $1,000+ to experience a MacBook!

    It is good enough for a senior who is not doing anything but basic things like typing a letter or making a spreadsheet. I do believe it needs more Mac dedicated apps as needing your iPhone nearby is ridiculous. I like the fingerprint password go-around, but with so many companies and the government moving to MFA and physical passkeys, I’ll have to get one anyway. It could use more USB ports though.
