I wanted a cute small macbook that I can use when I travel and to do basic bookkeeping functions while I am on the road. It exceeds expectations. I had purchased an HP with better specs and lower price tag but it was so loud with the fan. I love the blush color and it works seemless.

After doing some extensive research on laptops, I came across this mac book neo and decided to get it for school. It is one of few afforable laptops on the market and it works very well for me. I love that it is smaller than the other mac book pros, I can put it in my book bag and head out and it does not take up much space. The processor speed is pretty fast. I only use it to surf the web from time to time and also school work so it works for me. Only downfall is that it does not have a back lit keyboard. I did not think it was going to be a big issue, but trying to do home work in the dark while trying to put my toddler down is tough and definitely a small detail I would've loved. This Mac book would be great for everyday uses if your not using your laptop for bigger things like gaming.

I love this computer! I can easily fit it in my daybag/purse. It holds a charge well and if the perfect size for what I need in my remote job. I have found that it is a better fit for me than my MacBook Pro which is too big to comfortably travel with.

I love my new laptop. A lot of people have tried to downplay it but after getting it and using it , I love the way it works. Very lightweight and compact. The ONLY problem is the non-lite keyboard but that’s a small hurdle to get over. 10/10

The MacBook Air 13 exceeded my expectations. It is incredibly fast, lightweight, and very comfortable to use every day. The battery life is amazing and easily lasts through work, studying, and entertainment without needing constant charging. The screen quality is beautiful, the speakers sound great, and the laptop feels very premium and smooth.

This computer is absolutely amazing! I use it very often and i barely need to charge it! It holds a lot of memory and has great service without internet, i very much so recommend this product!

Perfect laptop for online web browsing and simple streaming. I have been very happy with its compact and lightweight design to take around the house. Exactly what I wanted, battery life has been good as well.

I was looking at getting a small, lightweight, portable laptop since my gaming laptop was starting to have issues and was a bit bulky to try and take places. I was between a cheap windows laptop and a chromebook plus. I am primarily android (pixel phone) and windows, but this ticked all the boxes. This laptop has really good speakers. Movies and music actually sound good and full compared to other laptops I have tested. The screen is actually amazing, though there is some reflection on dark images/movies. The battery life is insanely good! This syncs with all my google apps (through web apps). Overall for the price and performance, this is a good little laptop! Fits all my needs. The only con is the 8GB ram but I haven't had any issues yet.

The computer works perfectly. I gave it to my son who is about to start high school, and he's thrilled. The processing speed is excellent, and it's his first Mac. The operating system is super easy and user-friendly, it's the perfect size for carrying around, and it has a fingerprint reader and other features. Highly recommended for all ages.

Traded in my old laptop for the neo, quick and simple process, in and out of the store and home with a new laptop within an hour. The laptop itself is perfect and exactly what we needed. Easy to use, quick, sleek. Simply putting it if you’re in market for a new laptop this is your go to.

This is my first Apple laptop. Bought this for nursing school to do all the basic studying and schoolwork. I love working between my iPad/iphone/Neo. Seamless and no fuss. Neo is light for travel ( I throw mine into my backpack and shoulder bag without issues), and I barely need to charge under light usage (2hr lecture note taking). It’s kinda like a Prius, I might charge it every 2-4days depending my day. I usually have a combination of Safari, Microsoft programs, streaming sites, music streaming running all at once between 2-8hrs daily. Start up time is quick and I get right going. Not a lot of accessory options (cases, screen protectors, skins…) at this time so it’ll be interesting how much additional weight and thickness it adds. Fair price when it first debuted (bought this the same week it came out), I really didn’t need all the bells and whistles of their higher end models since I have a fully built gaming desktop. My goal was to just get something easy to travel with. Only “bell and whistle” I compromised on with the backlit keyboard but I can live since I should study in a well lit room anyways.

This MacBook Neo is definitely the best thing I’ve had since I had my Mac M1. Could handle everything and was macOS and great battery life, great screen, blazing fast and highly recommend getting this as an entry-level MacBook finally a solution for everyone that they can afford.

I have a MacBook Air but needed another MacBook specifically for work. I love it so far it runs very smoothly. You can see some positive performance differences from my older MacBook Air. It is slightly smaller and lighter. I don’t really miss the back lighting too much. Everything else works better than expected especially considering the price point is so fantastic. I would purchase this over a Chromebook any day if trying to save money and get a reliable laptop, especially if you’re already in the Apple ecosystem.

Apple computers are never bottom shelf cheap, but the NEO qualifies as their “economy model”. I got the one with the larger amount of storage to use for pictures and some writing. I had it “set up” by a member of the Geek Squad at purchase (ata somewhat higher than expected cost) and then went back to have some unfinished things done, a process handled gratis bt a nice young lady named Carson. I’m still,earning what this new unit will and won’t do for me, butsofar so good.

very nice, long battery life, compact, fast, reliable, fancy and ligh at the same time and the most important fix in my backpack without hurt my shoulder becaise is not to heavy

I opted for the higher-priced version to get the extra drive space and Touch ID, and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the investment. The performance of this device is simply remarkable! It boasts exceptional battery life, surpassing that of any laptop, phone, or tablet I’ve ever used. I plan to primarily use this MacBook for music practice, recording, and other creative endeavors. It has handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. While I’m still learning the ropes of the MacBook ecosystem, I’m committed to staying in it.
