It does not have the touchbar, but i dont like it, it becames fragile and the repair is expensive if it had the touchbar. Good specs. Fast enough for my job

I bought this MacBook for work because of the battery life. Sometimes I attend conferences and need a light laptop to carry along and this is perfect. Love my MacBook.

Needed to replace a dead iMac in a hurry and my local Best Buy had this in stock as an open box item, saving me more than $150, which covered half my AppleCare policy. Good speed with the solid state storage drive and 16 gigs of memory, excellent built-in screen and convenient trackpad (by which I mean I'm not constantly triggering it when typing despite its large size). I would have preferred to get the Touch Bar equipped version with the 4-core processor, but the price, even with discount, was already at the eye-watering level.

Easy to use - I bought it for my 10-year-old and he is able to do his online schooling much easier now. It is fast and user-friendly.

I have been buy Mac’s for 12 years about.I bought the Mac Pro 16 gigs of ram and 512 Ram because of the ease of use and great reliability.

I purchased this laptop for my wife who is in school currently for graphic design. She's able to run all of the Adobe Suite programs without any issues and the performance of the Mac is as expected, excellent! Being an avid Apple user it is also great how easily programs from the iPhone and iPad work seamlessly with the MacBook Pro as well. We also knew we didn't need the newest version in this instance so the cost savings and the larger hard drive were awesome compromises in this instance.

Lightweight, fast, and oodles of memory. I bought my first MAC Airbook 6 years ago and I will never purchase another non-MAC laptop again!

The rated battery life on this MacBook Pro is 10 hours, but I have not been able to reach that level of battery life. Overall the computer is very nice. I like the speed and the light weight. I would recommend it to others.

I bought this 13 inches one as a portable laptop. 16 GB memory could handle all video editing projects. 512 GB SSD will be good for your hardworking storage. Even though this low voltage version i7 CPU only improves 10% performance than i5, it could also make sure that you won’t need change a new laptop in next 4 to 5 years. Remember to buy Apple Final Cut Pro X educational bundles and final Draft. These are ultimate weapons for a serious filmmaker
