Runs very slow. Dowloaded parallels on it to use revit. It runs great on small projects. But large projects take longer to load and its very noticeable. To the point that im realizing i should have got a windows like an alienware.

Received with defective battery out of box. Was a discontinued model and Best Buy did not have a replacement. Best Buy return without issues. Good customer service by Best Buy. First issue out of a Mac, have had a few without any issues before.

On Mar 18, 2024 I went to Best Buy’s to just buy a MacBook Pro and ended up got talked into buying a membership as well so I did it cause I would get the discount off. My order was scheduled to be ready for pick up on Mar 22, 2024 because there wasn’t any in stock at the store location and on that day when the order was supposed to be ready for pick up which is Mar 22, 2024 the order was marked delayed, I called the store where the order was placed and they told me the order was on it way from the warehouse and it will be at the location that I order from for pickup on Mar 25, 2024, I called the store back on the 25 just for them to tell me the order was delayed and it will be available Mar 29, 2024 and I been getting the same information up until this very day and that got me thinking this is some real messed up and unprofessional service. And to even make things worse check this out . On Mar 23, 2024 I even called there customer service and the person from customer service say they can’t help me with that order so that person gave me another number to called and when I called it the person who picked up wouldn’t help me unless I accepted the $150 gift card that I was approved for but I had to pay $4.95 to have it mailed out to me and I would get it on Monday Mar 25, 2024 and honest to god I should of read between the line and known that was a red flag because upon till this day I still haven’t got that $150 gift card so basically got scammed for $4.95

Poor design screen crack if a piece of dirt get caught up in the middle, I will only recommend getting if you never planing on shutting the monitor.
