However, oddly~ brand new its running slower than the 8gb mac 13 pro model but great price

great deal for this laptop taking into consideration its specs

Runs very slow. Dowloaded parallels on it to use revit. It runs great on small projects. But large projects take longer to load and its very noticeable. To the point that im realizing i should have got a windows like an alienware.

It’s good product.. as now I don’t see any issues.

Received with defective battery out of box. Was a discontinued model and Best Buy did not have a replacement. Best Buy return without issues. Good customer service by Best Buy. First issue out of a Mac, have had a few without any issues before.

On Mar 18, 2024 I went to Best Buy’s to just buy a MacBook Pro and ended up got talked into buying a membership as well so I did it cause I would get the discount off. My order was scheduled to be ready for pick up on Mar 22, 2024 because there wasn’t any in stock at the store location and on that day when the order was supposed to be ready for pick up which is Mar 22, 2024 the order was marked delayed, I called the store where the order was placed and they told me the order was on it way from the warehouse and it will be at the location that I order from for pickup on Mar 25, 2024, I called the store back on the 25 just for them to tell me the order was delayed and it will be available Mar 29, 2024 and I been getting the same information up until this very day and that got me thinking this is some real messed up and unprofessional service. And to even make things worse check this out . On Mar 23, 2024 I even called there customer service and the person from customer service say they can’t help me with that order so that person gave me another number to called and when I called it the person who picked up wouldn’t help me unless I accepted the $150 gift card that I was approved for but I had to pay $4.95 to have it mailed out to me and I would get it on Monday Mar 25, 2024 and honest to god I should of read between the line and known that was a red flag because upon till this day I still haven’t got that $150 gift card so basically got scammed for $4.95

Poor design screen crack if a piece of dirt get caught up in the middle, I will only recommend getting if you never planing on shutting the monitor.

I received a defective one, and it takes ages to get it exchanged. Still waiting for my replacement order 1 month after the intial purchase.

Great computer that has exceeded my expectations. Going from a pc I like the Mac much better. Great display, fast, great design with details that really make it fun to use. The Only drawback is the 2 micro usb is located on only one side of the computer but I’m sure there is a reason for that. Great purchase.

This computer has a worked well for my needs. I create music. This computer has more than enough memory and storage to support my processes. My past experience with MacBooks and their performance and lifespan means this computer will last me for years.

Literally just got the MacBook Pro M3 Pro $1999.99 model and returned it before opening it. I'll admit it, this machine is not for the person who has to have the newest everything just to have it. Not trying to be judgmental by no means, I prefer saving my hard earn dollars. Also you might want to avoid this if you don't have love the touch bar. Yes I know the M3 Pro chip and M2 chip are not on the same level but they also are not that far apart in performance either to be honest. Got this spec MacBook for $1399.99. I'll take a chip downgrade with a ram and storge upgrade ALL DAY. Just saying folks Apple is going to make money regardless, we might as well take some money from them whenever you get a chance. Overall a Mac is a Mac and this is a Grade A+ buy.

I got one for feiend and we liked it a lot. Very fast and it is very good handling daily task and graphic deisgns using adobe software

This computer is really lightweight, compared to my old MacBook pro. It boots up and shuts down very quickly, and the battery life is amazing.

Best puchase ever performance and storage wise. You may need to buy USB extension ports for your wired mouse snd keybords and external monitor.

Speedy, snappy, great quallity Macbook. Don’t have to worry about running out of memory any time soon. Absolutely love my new computer!

M2 chip - 24GB - 1TB @ $1299 (with plus) was too hard to pass. I couldn't justifiy buying the M3 Macbook pro for more money...

My daughter is going to college soon and she needed a laptop. This Mac met everything I needed and more. 1 terabytes SSD drive, 24 gigabytes of memory. What else can you ask for in a laptop.
