The apple computer works great. Like all apple products, you cant go wrong. I would rather not have purchased it from Best Buy. I purchased my apple care from apple directly. Best But service plan are not worth it. They dont tell you all the details....and when you ask a management you were not told that.....they tell you theres nothing they can do. Best Buy customer care has gone down. Rather have purchased from amazon

New to the MacBook world but have all other devices except iMac and i must say I’m in love! Been wanting a new laptop for a while so i finally purchased my gift. Runs smoothly and of course everything synced perfectly. I like the touch controls and fingerprint for quicker sign in. Glad i spent the extra money for the latest model with M2 chip vs M1 . I love music so when i tested out sound it did not disappoint. Still learning more and adding as i go but once you go Apple you never go back!

Upgraded to this from a 2017 MBP, same size, but clearly this is definitely improved tech. Also the larger SSD, will pay for itself over time. While some complain about the size of the screen, I actually prefer this as my everyday laptop for work is a massive 17" screen that even though its a newer laptop is still super heavy to lug around.
