The apple computer works great. Like all apple products, you cant go wrong. I would rather not have purchased it from Best Buy. I purchased my apple care from apple directly. Best But service plan are not worth it. They dont tell you all the details....and when you ask a management you were not told that.....they tell you theres nothing they can do. Best Buy customer care has gone down. Rather have purchased from amazon

This is a really handy and useful product that you can use for just about everything. Easy to carry around and use. Battery life is excellent. Still learning all the tricks neat things it can do.

Battery life is amazing! So when I am on the road for work or school I’m not always having to worry about charging it!

Upgraded to this from a 2017 MBP, same size, but clearly this is definitely improved tech. Also the larger SSD, will pay for itself over time. While some complain about the size of the screen, I actually prefer this as my everyday laptop for work is a massive 17" screen that even though its a newer laptop is still super heavy to lug around.

Perfect for my son entering college! The size and user friendliness are what makes this laptop so perfect .
