I’m a college student, and I updated the OS so I could use it for my online school work. Everything works great, and I highly recommend going for pre-owned to reduce waste and save money!!

Computer is very loud and gets extremely hot. Runs pretty laggy. My cheap Walmart laptop actually works better than this. Really unsatisfied

Good Mac but Overheats

Sometimes the battery system is not the best and it might die quicker. I had the similar issue and replaced the item. The replacement item had a better battery source and did not overheat as much.

When I got the computer the left shift key didn't work and the key lights were malfunctioning. This was supposed to be a refurbished computer.

No cracks or visible scratches, looks and works like brand new to me. Could not be more satisfied

I'm so pleased with it and have been really happy with it. Now there are much newer models out there that are lighter in weight but functionally, this product has served me well.
