I was very exited about this computer, mostly because of the reviews. But, what I recived was a computer that someone dropped. It has a huge bend in a corner. I went right away to the store to exchange it for a brand new Dell. Don’t throw your money away. I’ve always used Mac and I am very happy with the Change. Shame on Best Buy for selling such a horrible product.

I just bought mbp 13" core2due about 2 weeks ago, and I didn't buy any protection or buy back plan..the price only $1,999 . I'm so frustrated that the next generetion i5 just came out and its the same price the last gen...Is that possible to exchange to i5? how much does it cost ? please reply back...appreciate!!

Beautiful and beautifully engineered machine. That's the end of it! PC users, don't buy Apple computers: macintosh os sucks! Only good for professionals who use their computer for specific applications. It probably was more intuitive 20 years ago but now Windows is waaaay ahead of it. The same $1,139 (now just a little over $1,000, so much for the integrity of Apple) could have bought me the best possible Windows laptop on which everyday computing is much easier. What's wrong with the people who compare this Apple laptop to their much slower 9 years old Windows laptops? And what's the point of being happy about Apple if you run Windows on it? By the way, I could do the same but I'd have to buy a copy of Windows7, since it's not compatible with Windows XP I have. Wish it wasn't too late to return it.....Also iPhones are finally losing ground to the competition

The only issue is the battery everything else is great.

The product is actually refurbished from a company called JemJem. TERRIBLE customer service. The computer comes with an older system of MacOS and “apparently” reburbished items cant upgrade to newes macOS -THEY SHOULD SPECIFY THIS ON THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM! When I called to ask them, they didnt even bother to try fix this issue. The compute had MULTIPLE dents!

this book has some really bad program errors for WiFi connections dont take my word for it type in Apple support on your search engine and see the hundreds of others with connection program problems.

Bought 2 MacBook pros from Best Buy. Both lemons. Paid 1400$. Will not stand behind their product if not bought new.

Laptop was all scratched up & the mouse pad did not work.
