I recently upgraded from my older MacBook Pro, and I am in love with my new computer. The graphics are amazing, the ease of transfer of all my information from my previous MacBook Pro to my current one. The computer is so much lighter, and easier to use. Love the overall functionality of the new MacBook Pro.

This is a great laptop i've had it for about a month and is just as great as my older one was. I do wish that they had more ports though, and it heats up after prolonged use.

i'm not the apple junky my parents are, but the connectivity from phone to laptop is one of the biggest things that makes keeping multiple apple items around worthwhile. the laptop itself runs amazingly, is light enough to take to classes, and serves all of the needs i have for a laptop (with some perks)!

I was a little reluctant to buy this laptop because I had a 15 inch MacBook Pro prior. The size of the this 13 inch MacBook concerned me, but after using it in class I realized that it is the perfect size. it's extremely light and the keyboard is easy to get used to. It is a great laptop for students.

In the past, I have only owned HP laptops. I always wanted to buy a MacBook, but I couldn't bring myself to spend that much money! I finally gave in after seeing virtually everyone around me using MacBooks, and I am so glad I did! The laptop is lightweight, fast, and modern, making it great for college. I also love how I can easily transition from my laptop to my iPhone. I wish I had switched over years ago!! The only con I could think of is that sometimes the laptop gets warm and starts making a low buzzing sound when I'm on certain websites, such as BuzzFeed.

Every college student needs a Macbook, it's extremely fast at running programs as well as browsing the web. It's also very easy to learn how to use as well. I recommend that every college student should have a Macbook to make their lives less miserable while attending college.

I love how slim and lightweight this new MacBook is! I replaced my old laptop which I purchased in 2008. It was the best laptop I've ever owned and I am hoping this one will be even better. I love the look of this new one. I have not had it long, but so far, I love it!

There is no comparison to the MacBook Pro. It's lightning fast, battery life is super long, retina display screen is clearer than real life, internal speakers are loud, recessed keyboard makes typing effortless, and it's OS is intuitive. Most of my work on the computer is done via Internet usage, so I don't need a whole lot of space. I don't play games, I don't edit photos. If I did any of those things I may need a laptop with larger space, and the other MacBooks that do that are just too expensive. This guy, though, was around $1200 new, which is right in line with my budget. I do not regret this purchase!

The pro is great for me, as a student, because it is small and light so I can bring it wherever I need to and it is fast and easy to use!

Wanted to buy something for my college student. Went between this MacBook Pro model and the MacBook Air. The Pro has a little more power and offers more life if you use it to do stuff with videos and pictures. Did not opt for touchbar as reviews were mixed and glad I purchased it without. PS: I tried to save money 1.5 years ago with an HP. After 3x needing service I pulled the plug and bought this one. In total my family owns 3 macbook products and they are WELL WORTH the money! Never had problems with the past PROs we've owned.

The MacBook Pro was my first computer ever used. Lasted me 11 years! Totally happy with this new one, especially for someone like me, that is not knowledgable when it comes to technical stuff. Simple to use, and very reliable! Works great for photography!

speed performance and reliability this laptop has all you can ask for in a light weight computer. Just to say a bit about customer service from Apple and Best Buy its just simply the best around never had an issue unsolved in a quick professional manner.

This MacBook Pro is a great laptop for both business and home use. Design and performance are excellent as well as battery life. Super thin and lightweight.

This was a serous upgrade from our old Mac book. Super light and thin and incredibly fast. Great battery life and camera is awesome

I had to cave and purchase a new Mac after my 2008 MacBook Pro model finally bit the dust. This new Mac is so thin and light, absolutely perfect for all my photo editing needs! I look forward to having this Mac last me just as long as my last.

I’ve had numerous windows laptops in the past which were well over the 1k price tag but none of them can beat the performance and battery life of the Mac. Glad I made the switch to Apple!

I went from a very old white heavy macbook to this and all I can say is wow! I bought this for pretty basic use...nothing fancy but the speed and processing power so far is excellent. Battery life is great. Super light, great sound...I cant complain! Apple always delivers! Only thing a little different is the new ports-so had to buy a conversion attachment so USB could be attached...but was already used to that from them doing it with iphone. Great service with bestbuy in store and associate and price was $200 off when I bought!

I bought this laptop after returning my other Windows laptop. On paper, configuration looks lower than other Windows laptops available in market but when it comes to the speed there is no comparison. 128GB hard disk space is little less but you can easily expand it by buying an external hard disk for much cheaper price than upgrading to 256GB model. It's small, sleek and stylish and doesn't feel heavy on ur lap even after long hours of usage. Although display is small but watching a movie is still a pleasure on Retina display.
