I am a photographer and did so much research for the best laptop for editing. Apple was hands down rated the best. I live that I can do everything I need in the go with it’s sleek compact size but it’s powerful enough to effortlessly run all my editing programs. Only thing is a wish the memory was bigger but I have an external for that. Just a pain to remember to only use that for photos as the memory can fill fast on the Mac if you download/edit a lot.

As a graphic designer, photographer and vocalist this laptop handles all the programs I use very well. The MacBook Pro is a beast under heavy rendering and performs smoothly. I get about a full day use when I’m not running power consuming applications such as Photoshop and Ableton Live. The force touch track pad and keyboard and Retina display add a very aesthetic vibe to the laptop itself. This is a very premium ultra book and it doesn’t feel cheap whatsoever. I’m very impressed with it and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

I was between the MacBook Air and pro and am so happy with my choice. Screen size is perfect, light weight which will be great for bringing to class with me. Battery life has been more then I expected so far with light use.

So far so good. This product has been amazing so far. I have always been a PC user and decided to switch to Mac after all of my Pcs breaking down on me. This product is quick, I have had zero pop ups, and the staff at Best buy was very informative. The only reason it is a 4 is because the price is pretty high and I had to purchase the low memory model because the one with more memory cost extra. Overall a great product.

this is my first MacBook and I'm shocked as to how much better this is compared to my intel laptops. runs smooth and loads programs really quick. after using a mac I don't think i would ever purchase another Windows PC

Bought this for my son to use for his college classes. He loves it; and since it’s Apple I don’t need to worry about it getting all virused up or coming preloaded with bloat ware . Super light, super fast. He loves it

This is a reliable and easy computer to use. Apple computers rarely get viruses so the need for an antivirus software is not needed, which is great! It’s light weight. The space grey is astheticaly pleasing color. I love that it’s easy to navigate and I can sync my phone to my computer. The only downfall is that it lacks usb- lightning, hdmi, and sd ports. It only comes with 2 usb-c port and the earbud jack. That is my only disregard but other than that love this computer!

The MacBook Pro is the best. It is quite powerful and sleek and performs so fast. My wife absolutely loves it. I have always heard great things about a MacBook, but now that she has one, she is a believer.

I'll start by saying that I do have a bias towards Apple products. I love the attention to design and the reliability of the software and hardware. I bought this computer specifically to be used for school and web browsing. It only has a 128 GB solid state ( my iPad has the same amount of storage). Most of what I work on is uploaded to a cloud service, such as iCloud or OneDrive. For what I need it do, it works perfectly. The keyboard feels good even if the keys are pretty flat. You get a responsive click that just feels good. The Force touch track pad works wonderfully and makes it feel like you are clicking when you in fact aren't. This model came with two USB C ports and a 3.5mm headphone port. I bought a USB C 'hub' that allows me to connect USB devices, an HDMI cable, a USB C port with which I can charge the computer. I don't love the lack of ports on the computer. Although it would be wonderful to one day have a universal connector that can perform various tasks, we're not there yet. The lack of ports is a slight inconvenience, not a cool minimalist design. Overall this laptop is great, and I would buy it again if I had to. I only weep for the days when MacBook Pro's were powerhouses equipped with sufficient storage and not fancy netbooks with decent processors.

This is my second MacBook pro in 6 years, and it has com a long way in many respects, but in others it retains the same familiar Apple characteristics. It has excellent battery life, the screen is crystal clear, and the sound quality is excellent. It wakes up super-fast, and I like the large track pad. As you'd expect, this one is quite a bit lighter than my old one, so easy to carry around. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Superb quality, love the color, love the screen, love the speed and ease of use!! Speakers are super nice too, the only down side is that battery life is not great, its not bad but not great either.

Bought this for my daughter to start school with. Extremely light, does what it's supposed to. Not an apple fan myself, but it's what the instructors preferred the students to use, so it's what I got.

The screen and the keyboard are my favorite features with this Macbook model. The large trackpad does not bother me, and the speed is great. I am also glad that this Macbook has two fans compared to the Macbook air that I previously had. I wish this model has at least two more USB C ports with an added USB 3.0 port. I do not mind the dongle life, but not when they are $50 plus.

I had my last macbook pro for 7 years. This one seems like it will last that long as well *fingers crossed* ... the new ports will take some getting used to but it is extremely light and fast

The MacBook Pro is sleek, stylish, lightweight, great! I use it for my everyday use and for my business. I would definitely recommend this product and it is inexpensive for a Apple Product.

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and so far I am loving it. It is very lightweight and I love how fast it operates. It stays cool even after running for quite a while. So far so good!

Upgraded my 2012 Macbook Pro to this model. You can tell the difference right away when you open the box. It's thinner and better looking than my 2012 Macbook and after using it for 2 weeks, I can say that the performance of this laptop is definitely an improvement and works better than my PC laptop that I bought 6 months ago. I think if you're looking for a new laptop or for an upgrade, this laptop should definitely be considered.

I recently purchased this for college and I am really pleased with it! The Macbook Pro works smoothly without too many problems and lag. I like that it turns on within seconds. The only flaws I have with this Macbook is that it heats up pretty quickly and takes a bit of time to cool down. It runs out of battery within a few hours but it takes less than an hour to charge it back to 100%. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.
