Used it for about 9 months and at first it was great but later on got tired of it because its really just for light usage. Also from time to time the speakers would not make any sound at all and i would have to restart for it to work

Innovative and fun, beautiful, superior technology

Not a bad laptop, keyboard is horrible and not a fan of Mac OS , prefer Windows as it’s a better operating system. A little overpriced for what you’re getting but overall it’sa decent laptop.

MacBook Pro didn’t meet my expectation. I was previously using windows and had huge expectation as in everyday use computer. I would recommend windows over Macbooks

No doubt its good but the disadvantage I see is connecting with other systems, you would have to purchase additional connectors. Also screen clarity is not that good as you would see on iphone probably it be as per design.

2nd one we’ve owned. First one had bubbles in the screen and it was a manufacturer’s defect and while Best Buy replaced it free of charge it still isn’t the best for the money you spend.

I love this product, but the hard drive went out after using it less than 10 times. It cost about $300 to get it replaced. It was a bummer since I expected more from Apple products.

This Mac is good but for that price not. There are a lot of more options in windows laptops that are better than this Mac and have a better price, so only if you really want it, I recommend it.

Don't Upgrade if you don't need to. Waste if money tbh. No possible way to upgrade ram and ssd. My charging port is already acting up after less than a year.

This is by far the worst laptop i’ve Ever purchased honestly a $300 dell would probably work better than this laptop. The wireless receiver sucks and you can barely get WiFi anywhere. My phone gets signal in places that my laptop can’t. Has a nice screen and battery life everything else feels is like using a 10year old computer. When I try to edit videos it’s horrible can’t handle 4K footage.

Not impressed with this generation MBP (nor the change in policy that shortened the window to purchase AppleCare+) I had not even opened the laptop up as I had hoped that if it was sealed Apple would allow me to purchase the AppleCare+ warranty, but they refused. Hence, I missed the opportunity to purchase the extended warranty as a result, and as luck would have it, needed it, due to accident damage when it slipped out of my lap. Now the screen is broken and possibly further damage internally as well. So now, I'm without a laptop and no idea if it's worth investing in repairs out of pocket. I'm seriously thinking about getting a Windows laptop that I can upgrade in the future. That is one thing I really dislike about Apple products. Most things are soldered on board and therefore not upgradable. So now after owning the laptop for 16 months, and not using it for about half of that time as I had hoped that Apple would come around and allow me to bring it in, unseal it and run diagnostics and allow me to buy the extended warranty, but as previously noted, they refused me that option! [And to make it worse, BB wouldn't offer me a Geek Squad warranty on the MBP either.] Live and learn. With this generation of Apple MBP, you should opt for the AppleCare+ warranty. The repair and replacement costs will be worth it if you plan on having this pricy laptop useful for many years as possible into the future. Be very careful because the screens are pretty fragile, as well as possibly even defective too, per sounds of many of the negative posts.

I finally sold this about 4 months ago, because after a faulty keyboard repair, I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. Laptop only has 2 USB-C ports which is a joke considering the price. Speakers are “meh” at best, trackpad is annoyingly large, display is the one upside. Traded this for an ipad pro and couldn’t be happier.

This computer was bought for my son. He has not started fully using it because it was bought for school. He did however start it up and said the picture is not as clear as the picture on our older Mac.

A thief ordered this computer on my account. I got notified he was picking it up in another state. I called best buy and tried to stop it. They did nothing! We had to deal with the mess. Bad!!

Very disappointed in this macbook, ran out of room very quickly and not as fast as I thought it would be. Very sad day for apple.... Ended up buying the new mac mini instead.

The setting up experience was so exasperating and time-consuming that I came close to trying to "sell" it back to you. Too frustrated to try. It remains in its box.

Had it for years now and works well... miss the ole disk drive but you know that’s Apple just getting rid of ports and “shaking” things up...

I bought the Apple MacBook Pro 13" display laptop and have only positive reviews about this product. The MacBook features an extremely high quality screen and the pictures on the screen are very clear and unique only to Apple products. There is no lag time and the computer processor is extremely quick and efficient. I have never had any force shut downs and my MacBook has never crashed. There are so many unique features such as the backlight of the keyboard which is an exceptional feature if you are using your keypad in a darker area. Also, this MacBook is extremely quick at processing when your on the Internet. The laptop is very lightweight, easy to carry around and also very user-friendly laptop for those that are new to computers. The battery life is extremely long which allows you to work more proficient and saves a lot of time due to the longer battery life of this laptop. I would highly recommend the MacBook pro to others looking for a reliable and user-friendly laptop.

Computer is ok. I'm not a Mac person. Bought this for my wife and a few months later was having issues with starting up and logging in. I much prefer Microsoft systems.
