Did not feel I got help I needed from In store appointment Geek Squad. Getting different answers from in store and phone support. Product is great but I like Apple products.

But I have all apple products. So, it is fine, works well and does what I need it to do. Hopefully it lasts a long time, that is what you pay the oremium for right?

I was told by the store associate this is the best laptop Apple has. I only use it to write. The internet is not as fast as I thought it would be. The computer is okay.

only bought it because it was on sale and got student discount, it's a decent laptop, but overpriced like the rest of Apple crap... (bought for daughter)

Average at best. They seem to be Getting higher in price (from Apple) yet nothing new or upstaged in their systems Definitely paying for the name

Had to return unit about 3weeks later due to two persistent horizontal and flickering lines that appeared near the bottom of the display.

Bought with a Samsung ssd thinking I could upgrade storage but didn't realize that the new macbooks aren't upgradeable so I returned.

It's a powerful machine but often I feel like the keyboard is a step behind me when I type. Also, the screen. brightness is subpar.

For this price, I expected better performance. But, this macbook has a lot of problems at age 1.5.

battery life not that great, not powerful for games and keyboard doesn’t seem very pleasing

It’s a good machine not amazing and it just over priced. Have had it for about a year and it’s already having some issue.

You send out these reviews too soon. Wait at least 60 days to allow user to observe the pluses and minus's of the product purchased.

Don’t like that Mac changed the no usb looks strange with adapters and not convienant

I have had the past three macbook pro models. The best one still the one that had more storage space and usb, cd, etc.

Product is good price is right but only last 1 year the screen gave up

I bought this macbook and 5 days later some keys stopped working, but I simply took it back and they let me exchange it.

These are overpriced for the specs compared to non-Apple products. Keyboard is already sticking and not reliable and very aggravating to use. I am hoping Apple will repair it under their "recall" of these but knowing how hard they have been to deal with in the past on MacBook and iPhone warranty/battery issues, I am skeptical.

Great computer for personal use. If you don’t need serious amounts of compute, then this is likely sufficient.
