    I bought this as gift for my daughter who is going to college. She is very happy with this computer and uses it everyday. I like MacBook any day compared to Windows computers.

    I have always been a Mac fan but when it came down to pulling the trigger on a new laptop everyone recommended me to a windows device, being I am a computer science major. I had a Mac for the first two years of school and when I passed it down to my sister I felt a sense of longing for another. Even though a windows operating system would be needed I had the option of the whole computer or just a parallel. After doing extensive research I found myself always drawing back to a MacBook Pro. After buying my device it was a breeze. I was able to download a parallel for my coding programs and have no issues with lag or unresponsive feedback during large coding projects.

    Simple to setup and easy to integrate with our Apple ecosystem. Especially a good deal because I found a Geek Squad certified open box deal and saved some coin with confidence I wasn’t getting ripped off.

    Disappointed there was no built in cd reader and no way to plug in hard drive without a special adapter. Apple should supply adapter needed to attach hard drive

    This is an upgrade from my previous MacBook Pro. Everything is great on the computer it works very quickly and has excellent graphics. The only negative is that I cannot access a USB without buying an adapter .
