I was skeptical about spending the money for the mac book pro, but it was well worth it. If you are looking to buy a new computer this is the one.

This is the 2017 non-touch bar model. Waited almost 2 years for the price to drop to a reasonable level. Acceptable for my first MacBook.

Love my MacBook Pro, easy to use and does what you need it to do. Bought it at Bestbuy at lower price than other retailers

Replaced a Macbook Air. As with many Apple products, this model was dropped from the lineup and its slot filled with the one with the touch bar. That was kind of disappointing. I don't get to buy a computer often, so it would have been nice to have the slightly better one, but wasn't in the budget at the time. Excellent screen. Keyboard is ok, hasn't been the nightmare I've heard stories about. It is loud to type on, but once I was used to it I was at full speed. Apple needs to get with the program and dump the 128gb SSDs on their computers. It's just not a great value, but if you want to get in Apple for as low as buy-in as possible, that's the tradeoff. For what it's worth, in 7 years I've only just now had to (more like wanted to) replace my Macbook Air and I have a pile of some cheap, some mid-level PCs that just wore out. My Macs have stayed quick much longer and I have never had a failure.

Sometimes you have lot of expectation and when you actually see it may not live unto that. The same was the case here. I thought MacBook Pro would be out of the world. Definitly some of the things are absolutely fantastic like boot time, shut down, appearance, responsiveness. But there are some cons as well like keypad make lot of noise while typing,touchpad is not very responsive.

I have been a PC my whole life and when yet another PC died within a couple of years I decided to try out a Mac. It was recommended to me by many in my masters program and I figured why not give it a shot. Call me a converted user! It took a few trials and errors to learn a different operating system but am slowly figuring it out and it is becoming easier. Some of the softwares needed for my program actually work better on Mac which is a nice surprise. Would buy again. Hoping this lasts years longer than my PCs.

This is my first apple computer, all of my previous computers were windows. I am happy with my purchase, the macOS is very intuitive and easy to use.

So far, I am loving this laptop. It handles the bit of video editing I throw at it and does everything else just fine. Compact and battery is great!

My son loves his new MacBook Pro. The speed, color intensity and overall processing is awesome. You will never go back to a Windows machine!

Traded in my 8 year old Mac pro for a new one. Was considering a surface laptop 2 but Microsoft doesn't have the reliability of a Mac.

I was deciding between the surface and this computer and after playing with both I decide this was the one for me! Extremely fast and user friendly!

I have had a few macs in my day and this is by far one of my favorites to use. Its very good on memory fast and it has a great screen and size.

I bought this for work just the power you need for long days at work. I wish the cheaper version had 4 usb c ports but that’s Apple.

Just got a new MacBook Pro and WOW. The Retina display is unbelievable. The thickness of the computer is nothing short of amazing. Its a great computer

This was a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. A die hard fan of HP for years i was finally able to convert her over to team Apple.

the new macbook pro 2017 is very good. The cons are it has low hard drive space and cannot be upgraded. The usb-c ports are a disaster. Had to buy the usb-c to usb adapters and also a microsd adapter. The ports are all jacked up. Other than that, everything is fabulous. the screen is very good and feels awesome.

My old MacBook Pro has been carrying on for 8 years and an update was long overdue. Found a good deal from Best Buy and I’m happy with the purchase.

Upgraded to this Mac Pro after using my previous MacBook Air for 5 years! Have had this for a year now and love it

My daughter, pre-teen, loves it! It is beautiful, both the screen and the sleek design. She uses it for iMovie among other things. So far, so great!
