Although I feel to be a Windows native at heart, the Mac makes life so much easier if you're already an iPhone or iPad user. Being able to AirDrop files between devices has been a huge benefit. As many say, when you're buying a Mac it's not because of the specs. But for the OS. I'm still learning it, but so far I've enjoyed it. I do wish I bought the large sized SSD, but the 128GB is sufficient. Definitely recommend. Look for the sales!

This one was for our daughter who was a Jr. in high school and she had a 4.3 GPA and needed something of her own to use for homework. This is perfect. She takes it to school with her and it meets all of her needs. There was a time (within the first year) that there was an issue with the keyboard. They were able to fix it at the Apple store and all is well. She loves it! Best Buy always seems to have things on sale so that was a big bonus as well!
