Overall, I like the feel of the macbook pro and how responsive it feels. Definitely something worth picking up when it’s on sale.

Great, except for the ports.

The only issue is the lack of regular USB ports. There is also no disc drive or SD reader. You have to purchase a separate adapter for everything.

They just seem to have less problems and they continue performing at a high level much longer. On this model of the MacBook Pro, my wife loves the Retina display, which she feels is easier on her eyes. She spends long stretches of time on the computer for school, so this is important to her. Because of her experience, I am thinking of getting one for myself.
