This is a five star computer--the feel, the computing speed, the weight--all are wonderful and meet/exceed expectations. The four star rating is because of the need for external storage due to limited size of hard drive and for attachments to access even the hard drive. Shame on Apple for pulling this stunt; praise to Apple for support and help they have provided many times.

It's an Apple MacBook Pro. Those words alone make this laptop stand out above the rest and is easily recognizable and holds many accolades in the laptop community. I have zero complaints about my MacBook and it is still running perfectly after one year of heavy use. I have completed countless homework assignments and endless hours of YouTube entertainment on this laptop. It looks beautiful, it holds its value, and Apple products are certainly less desirable targets for spam and viruses. If you are a student, young professional, or hobbyist, you simply cannot go wrong with this MacBook Pro.

I have used PCs all my life and tried all brands and models including surface pro. In less than a month my new Mac is already better than all.

When the new MacBook Air came out, I wanted to get that, but I decided to get the MBP instead. I wish it had the Touch ID fingerprint reader that the Air has. I also wish it had 4 usb-c ports like the Touch Bar model has. Other than that, it's a great computer with a beautiful display and great battery life. I'm very happy with it. It also looks great in Space Grey.

After spending quite a time reviewing the premium laptops both Windows and Apple, I finally decided to buy Apple MacBook Pro 13-Inch (2017) and I am quite happy with the purchase. MacBook lasts for 5 years. No virus issues. Sleek, durable and good battery backup with the standard premium laptops configuration

I used for formally own a mac book pro from like 7 years ago. so this is definitely and upgrade for me. What I do like is that is works pretty fast, and enough for all the things I work o at the same time. Normally email, word and excel, music and multiple open documents. Works smooth. Only downside is, they have change the charging port. One thing they don't tell is that you need to buy an external adapter or adapters separately for anything that needs a USB/ flash drive. so that's an additional expense to have. also, would be nice if they had this version in more colors. like for me I would've wanted this in a rose gold.

Great for pro photography on the go. Does everything we need it to do and does it well. Lightweight and powerful with great battery life. What more can you ask for in a laptop?

Replaced a MacBook Air that is now five years old. I replaced it with with the sleek MacBook Pro. It's has a great display. It is light weight. It is fast! What more could you ask for? :)

I'm amazed at the high quality Apple put in this year with their Macbooks. Blazing fast, really light and thin. Never again buying a Windows and the extra buck was very well spent!

This is my first Mac and the price has kept me away, but I'm glad I finally got it. It starts up quick and preforms fast. It's great for traveling with it's small size and lite weight.

Upgraded computers for college having an old Ultrabook that could barely run Windows 10 even with 8GB of RAM upgraded. Decided to go the Apple route and this Pro more than delivered. I have nothing against Windows or other brands than Apple, but after purchasing this I can never go back to a Windows operating system. Computer is very fast, and after you learn how to navigate, it is very efficient. It was also awesome being able to integrate other Apple devices I have with my new MacBook. It has the feel of owning a luxury car but in the computer world. Speakers are also great on it for being stock computer speakers.

Ive mainly used Windows laptops so this is the first MacBook that I've ever purchased and I don't regret it one bit. I read reviews online about the keyboards in the MacBooks having problems but I can say from experience that that is not the case. Ive been using my MacBook non stop for the last week and I haven't run into one issue with the keyboard while typing documents and multiple emails. This MacBook has excellent battery life and its super fast. The display is gorgeous. If you're in the market for a new laptop don't sleep on the MacBook pro. Its without a doubt the best laptop I have ever used. Definitely a must buy!

As a grad student, I decided to go with the Macbook Pro because of the great battery life and because of how lightweight it is. It's a huge upgrade over my Surface Pro 3.

I purchased my 13" Macbook Pro mainly for editing images in Lightroom and Photoshop. I bought the bottom of the line model and was nervous that it wouldn't have the processing power that these programs demand. So far this computer has been able to do all that I've wanted it to and more. I also love that the battery life is long lasting. The only downside I can think of is the hard drive is small, but I bought a 500GB SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD external drive (highly recommended) to take care of my storage needs.

I have only had for a week but so far enjoy it more than my Lenovo windows laptop. I am hoping the investment in Mac allows for longer lifespan. easy to setup and navigate, charges very quickly and stays charged for hours. photoshop is great for this laptop also and keyboard makes for faster typing.
