I searched online and in stores and found that no-one beat Best Buy's price and it was in stock so no waiting for shipping.

Great open box item

But, the laptop looked like new with just a few minor scratches. I would definitely buy open box again.

The geek squad support has been a "nightmare".

Purchasing their support package is a joke!!! Apps...icons...transfer of data from one system to MacBook...too much of a headache!

Had to run into best buy quickly to get a new one to get back to work. Best buy staff was super friendly and helpful.
