This new MacBook is light and has great battery life! These two simple features are essential for campus life.

The Apple MacBook Pro is one of the best computers out there. Very easy to use and one of the best operating systems for a computer. If your willing to fork up this amount of cash, it will be worth it!!!

This is my first Mac Book. It’s so easy to use!! Very light weight and of course you can not go wrong with Apple!!!

Feels good in the hands, makes you want to use it longer. I wish it performed better, had more than 8gb ram. MAC OS seems a bit outdated to me. I wish Apple could fuse IOS functionality with OS capability, and allow all that on an iMac. I’m a creative and would love to use full versions of Adobe CC programs on an iPad.

I own different Apple products. This is my first Mac. I purchased it to edit videos, School, and home use. iMovie makes editing easy and is a free app. I use windows for work everyday and using a Mac took getting use to but really like the format. I choose the pro over the air because of the retina screen. The color is really awesome and clear. I purchased the 128 and I think I would purchase a larger hard drive on the next one. Happy with my Mac.

This is my first Mac purchase. I am a PC guy for a lot of reasons, one of them being cost. I am also iPhone and iPad user 100% so I live in both worlds. But I needed a Mac to run Mainstage, which is an Apple only product. The screen on this is amazing. I enjoy using the Mac OS as well. It's a well designed computer, I just wish it was less expensive! If it was, I would probably switch the majority of my computers to Mac.

Since the 2017 MacBook Pro features many changes, such as the switch from USB to USB-C, it may take some getting used to. That said, you'll eventually adjust (as Apple users generally do) and likely even embrace these changes. The MacBook Pro has consistently been one of the best laptops in the market, and that has not changed with the 2017 model. Sure, it's on the pricier end of the spectrum, but if you can afford it, I'd recommend going for it.
