Hesitant at first, based on the price, but well worth it and after having several other type laptops I’m pleased. The Apple ecosystem works very well and did not let down

I know Apple isn't for everyone. I was hesitant on getting a new Mac, but was glad I did. It does everything I need to, which isn't much. I mostly bought it for storage.

I love this computer. It’s so high tech. I had a windows laptop computer for the longest and I finally saved up and invested on this apple MacBook Pro and I’m so glad I did!! I love it, it’s a little getting use to but it’s so beautifully designed and so genius. The only downfall I would have to say is that the thing you need to connect for USB is not there. Meaning you would have to buy a separate cord to fit to the computer in order to transfer your stuff which was a bit disappointing. I feel like apple did this purposely so we keep continueing buy more of there products to be able to get things we need done -_- there goes another $20 let alone computer was $1299 ! But I have no complaints other than that. It’s amazing !!

The computer is fast, and has amazing graphics. No problems so far. The only complaint I have is the keyboard feels like a downgrade from the old machines in my opinion.

I wasn't sure about this purchase at first because I owned an iPad Pro. I had previously owned a MacBook Air, but sold it not long after purchasing... WHEN I received my MacBook Pro I instantly fell in love!! The design is AMAZING!!! Everything works amazingly! I honestly can't imagine college without this computer! I still own my iPad Pro, but I use this device more often than my iPad.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she can’t put it down... Great pc for anyone wanting a do it all w/ excellent specs, etc and can accept Apple’s price tag.

If you are looking for a good laptop for school or for anything you wish to use it for this is the laptop. Easy to take anywhere not that heavy could use to watch movies in your bed don't need that much space for it. If you are an apple fan and you have any apple technologies easy to sync to it. The only thing I would regret is probably getting a bigger screen other than that everything is perfect.

It's an Apple. I think it will last 8-10 years and I won't even have to worry about replacing it until then. The only thing I don't like is the new USB ports but that's okay because Best Buy sells adaptors and you can buy the direct cable online. The screen is beautiful...it's nice to have true colors.

We had bought a MacBook Air that was giving us some issues and Apple was not able to fix them. By the way, Geek Squads fixed the issues. My son was doing homework on his phone because the problem kept reoccurring and he was away at school. We made the decision to upgrade and get him the Pro. No issues and he loves it. Light weight for carrying to class.

This was an upgrade from my MacBook Air 2013, I love it, works great, love the key board except I hate that there isn’t any USB ports.. big downfall, just another way for Apple to make you spend more money.

First time Mac user and I love it. Very easy to use, good battery life and durable.

No other laptop can beat MacBookPro. Its very slim, stylish and fast. Relally love it.

I decided to upgrade from my Macbook Pro, 2015 to a newer version and was intrigued by the butterfly keyboard. Unfortunately, I wasn't thrilled about it, the sound it made when typing was too loud and cheap, and I would miss the letters I needed to hit, for some reason. Just 2 usb ports and the need for adapters was quite annoying... I exchanged this model for an 2019 one with an improved keyboard, a touch-bar and 4 usb C ports (you still need the dongles, but at least, you can use several Bluetooth devices at once). I am happy now:) So, if you can spend 500$ more on a computer, I would suggest you do so. However, this computer will do the job too, it is Apple, after all:)

Very good laptop especially if you compare it with more expensive options of macbook pro, i don't miss touchbar and space is enough if you plan to use a external drive.
