It's okay

I've had almost every product they've had to offer including newer versions of the same product. However, this laptop has not been my favorite. It says you are getting 256 GB of flash storage but the system takes up nearly 100-120 GB of that storage and you are left with about 80 GB which fills up QUICK. Also, this laptop dies fairly quickly. It dies within an hour or two. I also had some scratches on my laptop upon receiving it and I went back to Best Buy a day or two later to try to get another computer and I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. I was extremely upset considering the money I paid for this computer.
