Her old laptop still works but it was coming up due for a second battery replacement and decided rather to update. This product works perfect and she enjoys it. Only complaint are the USB slots, but that was known going into it. Otherwise safe purchase like their other products.

Love it, Apple tax worth the experience

Almost no wait time to do anything and everything feels premium. Could I have paid less for a Windows machine with similar specs? Sure, but this machine seems so optimized with its OS. Overall, no buyers remorse and highly recommend going with this model over the base, for the ssd storage bump and higher clocked CPU. Also double the ports!
