Of course the quality of the computer is great. We chose this one even though is it more expensive than a PC because our son will be far from home for college and this computer will not need the kind of support that a less expensive one might.

The laptop ended up having keyboard problems within the first year. Although apple had a fix for it, when I took the laptop in to get fixed, they were out of parts. I sent it away to get fixed and ended up getting a replacement. So far, so good. I would like for there to be a way to lock the touchbar to avoid accidentally touching stuff while typing, and that mah very well exist. Otherwise, I’d have to say that it’s a pretty solid piece of electronics.

Fast speed memory. Keyboard Design is easy to operate. Easy to carry places to places because it’s pretty light weight.

Love the computer, it is small and lightweight, The only issue I have is the keyboard, it is a little difficult to type on.

Mac is the most durable product from Apple. The touch bar in this laptop is very good. I am in love with this laptop.

I don’t know why the boyfriend wanted me to buy the touchbar version. It’s just for looks a real expensive look. I recommend just get the non touch bar version

Made to be superior to Windows. My Windows Computer got broke over my knee and smash and trashed ! I was Done with the way Windows 8 and Windows 10 just didn’t get it!!! This Mac Book even feels like it’s made of Quality Materials !

upgraded apple laptop for a version with a video card. makes a huge difference. Everything is much faster.

I've had this MacBook since July of 2017 and in that time I have to say that I will never go back to a Windows computer, this offers great security features as well as is pretty great how it syncs to my other Apple products

I've been using MacBooks for 10 years and this is the first time, I’ve ever been disappointed. Below are the primary reasons: There’s no Magsafe - If you have kids or pets, MagSafe is critical. The cord simply does not release. If something catches the cord - the laptop goes with it! Mine has been pulled across the table more than a few times. It's something I've always loved about MacBooks and this is a choice I just don’t understand. No standard ports - If you want to connect HDMI, USB, or Flash, you’ll need extra adapters. Example - If you have a presentation on a flash drive, you're out of luck if you misplace the adapter. Touch Bar - After 6 months, I find that I don’t use it much, even though I really wanted to. More often than not, I accidentally brush the bar and it disrupts what I’m working on. It feels gimmicky and just makes me wish I had a touch screen. I actually think the touchbar causes instability - the laptop often locks up and needs to be rebooted at least once every couple of days...and it is still fairly new.

I had my old Mac laptop stolen and decided on the new MacBook Pro. I loved how easy it was to set up. Because my old machine was back up to the cloud I was able to retrieve all my files, even the stuff just on my desktop

I bought this laptop as an upgrade from my old MacBook Pro (2011). I'm impressed with the performace and display.

This is my second MacBook after my first one was on its last legs. I love Mac over PC, it's just a personal preference, but I love that all my devices sync together. It makes everything flow so much easier!

I have been holding off on replacing my almost 10 year old Macbook Pro and I am so glad I finally pulled the plug. I love the touch screen task bar and all the upgrades from my older MacBook Pro. Definitely recommend!

Because my last Apple MacBook lasted me for almost 10 years, I know I am choosing reliability. I don't do a lot of crazy stuff with computers so reliability is the most important. This computer seems to have that.

Purchased as an upgrade from 5 year old MacBook Air, provides great computing power. Retina screen is beautiful. Powerful enough for all my portable computing needs i.e.. digital photo editing, minor video editing field work.

it is good as it should be, there is no doubt that MacBook is still the best. great keyboard,better than expected. I will highly recommend this MacBook to my friends and families. The service of best buy also very great

I don’t do a ton on it but it’s my 3rd MacBook and I love it. I’ve heard people have issues with the keyboard breaking but I haven’t experienced that. Great upgrade for me.
