    I love this laptop. I would've given it a 5, but the first one I bought had to be returned to Best Buy because the letter "I" quit working within 2 weeks. Best Buy gave full exchange.

    There was an initial problem with my laptop at the beginning, but Best Buy had the best holiday return and exchange policy. I was able to exchange my defective computer for a new one!
