Its a good solid laptop computer. But you can get even more performance from a lot less money from windows.

It was a decent laptop but I expected more it did freeze but idk if that's because it was a returned produc

Could be a good product once the myriad of hardware and software bugs are worked out. Requires a lot of dongles and Best Buy doesn't usually stock them nor are the sales associates familiar with them.

Not bad for discounted price; definitely a red flag bc it needs immediate adapters to be purchased.

Bought it and returned it in a week. The macbook pro was just ok performance wise but definitely not worth the price. It felt a little laggy at times opening up files for the specs it has. The build quality is very good and high end. Screen definition is really crisp and clear. Maybe will give a macbook another try in the near future.

The computer itself is good except for one critical thing. The screen is too thin because Apple wanted to make it lighter, major flaw! My warning to everyone is that if you purchase this Mac book you must purchase a protective screen. Also the manager at Best Buy at Pleasant Hill, Ca. was not helpful when there was an issue with the screen and was also very rude. I will not purchase an Apple product from them again. Also the salesperson didn't bother to mention that the screen was so thin that it crack when touched. Be very careful if you purchase this item. The replacement screen can cost you in excess of $800.

Its usefull for alot of stuff but you need alot of accessories to do some creative stuff

Computer is slow, color wheel spins all the time, Safari craps out and I had someone sign on as guest once and the computer went to a re format disk screen. So disappointed. Next time will go straight to Apple.

The new macbook has the battery issue, the power doesn't last for more that 4-5 hours

Returned it within 30 days. I had 2 sticky keys, one that wouldn't press at all. Also, the battery was terrible. Maybe I got a bad one, not sure. Instead, I got the MacBook Pro 13.3 Retina display.

I'm not a Mac person but decided to try this out. It is very hard to use.

Warning this computer has no USB and no CD drive. i understand he no cd drive in this day and age I guess even though I want one, but no USB?!! WTF Im sending this new mac pro back and considering what i have never considered before, a PC.

Being a IPhone and IPad user, this was a nice addition to the lineup.

Certain keys on the keyboard stopped working on the 35th day and BestBuy refused to do an exchange. Only option was a repair and they estimated I would not have a laptop for 4 weeks. Not possible as I work using this laptop. Stuck with it now and not sure what to do. Very disappointed.

The computer is OK not the best, needs some work to get it going
