I love this laptop. I don't care how many people complain about the new USB-C ports, this laptop is amazing. I personally don't mind the additional usb-c hub I had to purchase. I rarely use it aside from occasionally using it for the HDMI port.

My daughter is in college out of town and when she had a catastrophe with her existing computer she went to Best Buy. She found this open box (thanks to the sales rep) and we discussed it and its capabilities and her needs via facetime from distance. We made the purchase and the computer has been excellent. But the hero of the story is the sales rep who went above and beyond to make the sale!

I LOVE this laptop. I went from a HP to a Macbook and I've had 0 issues adjusting. It's so user friendly and intuitive, it's easy to adjust. It's also just a great quality laptop. I enjoy the look of it and the ease of use. Best purchase!

This is an excellent product. But by no means think that I mean it's perfect. People complain about 2 things: 1: The dongles. And they are right, for the most part. Having dongles is a nuisance. But the avergage joe won't really need many of them. I've only used one since getting this laptop. 2: The power: They are also kind of right with this one but not fully. The Macbook Pro should be a tool for pros. And it is. It gets the job done and no one can argue with that. I know they could have added more power if they wanted to, but they went for a nicer machine. And they achieved it. The macbook pro is beautiful. Other than that. Everything else is amazing. The screen is beautiful. The sound is amazing. The keyboard and the trackpad are the best i've ever used, the experience is smooth and the laptop is elegant.

Easy to use, compact and sleek.. Im loving it so far. Battery life is not sso good.

This Macbook pro was a great machine and me being a software developer i get all my pro stuff done on this Mac without any hurdles and unlike windows this won't slow down with time.

This is my first macbook, I've been a long time admirer. It is everything I need. I can browse the web, play games, and manage my music with ease. So intuitive and easy to use. Recommended to beginners or those who have Years if experience

I have purchased multiple units of this MacBook Pro from Best Buy within 2 months. Excellent product and service from Best Buy in Sterling and Reston. So far no problems at all. The new MacBook Pro runs much faster than the old models.

I am so pleased with the purchase of a MacBook for my wife. It is fast, has all the memory she needs to complete her tasks. I would not only recommend, but I will buy another one at some point in the future. Great product.

Coming from an old MacBook that has been great to me for over 4 years the MacBook Pro is plain awesomeness. The don't mind the key board at all. It's so light weight it blows my mind. Fantastic laptop. It will serve me for years to come.

I absolutely love the keyboard! When I went back to using my PC, my hands immediately felt very weird. I think the keyboard is probably the best thing about this new design. I am still getting use to the MacBook Pro. I haven't dived into what I could do with it. I find myself trying figure out how to do things with my MacBook Pro that I did with my PC. I love the speakers on this computer. It is phenomenal. I'm glad that I purchased this product without the touch bar. I do not think it is necessary. However I do think it is cool. I got the the one without the touch bar because of the price. So far so good. I have yet to purchase the usb dongle. People were really making a fuss about it. If you bought the MacBook Pro, you can afford the extra bucks for the attached dongle. Get over it and enjoy the new laptop design.

Got this laptop for my teenage son for school work, searching the web, communication and more. He loves it! Easy to use and also easy to pack up in a small tote to take along to access the internet to do his work outside of the home.

My son loves his MacBook Pro! He had a MacBook Air for school but graduated, so I got him the Pro to take to college! He loves it and has no problems at all with it! We had to order it, but it was delivered to the house within 2 days!

Having a 15" MBP Touch Bar, I honestly wish they made a 15" Function key version like this 13"... the 13" is a solid unit, I wish it had 2 more USB-C ports.. once you get past the adapter fiasco, this is really a nice form factor MacBook

Pickup one of these for myself and my husband and we both love them for both work and home use. They serve all of our needs very well. We love the look and feel of the laptop and appreciate the well lit LED keyboard. Awesome laptop!
