It's a good investment

I have had it for about a week now, and I know it's early, but I absolutely love it. The keyboard is very smooth, although I will agree with some reviews that it is a little loud, but not obnoxious. The touchpad is awesome, the larger size it so much nicer than I expected. Very happy with this Pro

Reliable Laptop

We had brought an HP Spectrum laptop less than 10 months ago & it began to overheat. Not reliable for a student. We had to run out to get another laptop & we chose the Apple MacBook Pro. This is our second one. Our first one was brought 2 years ago for our son & it has worked great. Now our daughter has the same one for school.
