I appreciate what apple did here. However with no ports for USB... its sort of a bummer you have to buy additional attachments

It is my first Mac experience and I loved it. It has no flaws except the ports unavailability. For that I have to buy connector

I have to say it has been good upgrade from my 2011 macbook pro.

This is my fist Mac. I have used Apple mobile devices but not a computer. I primarily got it because it was open box for under 1k. It's a good not great laptop, because of the port situation and keyboard. The processor is an older I5 too. Coming from a Surface Pro 3 miss the pen input and being able to sign docs quickly. Apple needs to catch up in this area too and add some touch function, because the iPad is not the solution. Overall I'm satisfied with the device it performs all tasks without issue.

This laptop is the first Mac I have owned and it is already my favorite. I use it for work and online training. Computer processing speed is great. The only thing I dislike is when I am using a lot of the computers capabilities with online training it does get a little warm on the bottom right side upper corner

I have always used a PC but finally decided to switch over to a Mac. And so far it is one of my best decisions and I don't think I will be going back. The quality of the Macbook is amazing, from the build to the software. I'm definitely enjoying the screen quality. I will need to get used to the new keyboard though.

Although it's a little on the expensive side this has been a solid performer for my middle schooll / high school children.

I bought this MacBook Pro because I had to turn in my MacBook Air that I was leasing from school. I couldn't be happier with the decision and I really like the Retina display which makes doing work late at night much easier. I will be MacBook guy for a long time and continue to enjoy Apple's quality products.

This new model really met my expectations I really enjoy using this product even if there is no USB port but still good to use

This apple was a replacement for one that had lasted 8 years. I though I would miss having a 15" screen, but not really noticeable now that I have used it for a month. I love the grey color. Would buy again in a minute. So easy to set up and transfer the thing needed off the old one from a external backup.

I love how all the apple products sync. A little pricey but apple products are.

The only thing that I didn't like about this computer is Apple got rid of the USB port. Now you have to buy an adaptor.

I am a former Air user switching to the new MBP. This is a really well made laptop. Despite the not so great looking specs the laptop functions really smoothly. The touchpad is great as usual. My only concern was how much more this machine heats up compared to my Air when playing videos. I understand that this has to drive a much higher resolution than the air, but this is known during the design phase and should have been dealt with better. If this was fixed it would have been a 5/5.

I always purchase tech items from Best Buy. The Geek Squad is fantastic. They are smart and take their time explaining things to you. I've been to the Apple Store......OMG!!!!! The noise level is off the chart and I usually get a migraine; The opposite is true of Best Buy. It is a calm environment.

I love new MacBook Pro after buying my first one 2011. I'm replacing now! My only regret is my old mac had more storage

I have an older model MacBook Pro and love it. My daughter needed a new laptop and saved up for this new one - I agreed to pay 1/2 so she could get the better quality apple product. We are both very happy with this product - it has all of the quality and productivity that you would expect from apple.

I like the laptop. It is quick and looks great. It is taking longer then I expected to learn the mac versus desktop.

As a former windows user i was a wary of getting a MAC because the specs didn't seem nice for the price and the software is departure from windows. But now i dont think i can go back to using windows again, the laptop is almost perfect, great build quality and OS is smooth as butter despite the specs.
