Fast, simple, and great service from Apple when I called and could not get online.

My old MacBook charger was done, my old MacBook was 7 years old. It was time for a new one. I decided to stick with a brand that had never given me issues. I know I'm not using my laptop to its capabilities but I just need it to type papers

I went to Best Buy for something other than this and left with this. I saw it as a open box and have a slight addiction to shopping but I am so glad I got this. It is fantastic. I have apple everything and this goes perfect with the collection

Kids are thrilled with their first Mac!! Was very hesitant to buy a Mac simply because there's a lot of software that is not compatible. However found a version of Microsoft Office that would work with all their college papers. So far so good.

I love it! This is my second Macbook and it's great! The touch pad takes a while to get use to because it has additional functions added, for example different pressure when clicking does different things, etc. Other than that it is great!

Ive always purchased Apple laptops and phones, so I’m loyal to the brand. While I enjoyed my MacBook Air, I always come back to the MacBook Pro and this updated version has been great- especially for my everyday usage of it.

I had an older Mac Air that I haven't used in years because of a cracked screen. When I bought the MacBook Pro, everything synced to my MAC Desktop, and with iCloud Drive, it's just like having my home computer with me anywhere I go.

I might be a little biased being a apple fan but this is an amazing MacBook. It is very snappy and quick with great processing speed. I really like that I can unlocked it with my Apple Watch and use Apple Pay online via my apple watch.

Recently I bought this MacBook Pro an upgrade from my old MacBook Air. At first, I wasn't sure about this new MacBook Pro because of the shallow keyboard. After using it for a while, I think this is the best key board I've ever used.

Was very hesitant before purchasing because it looks like the newest version but without the Touch Bar. It works wonderful, the only reason I took one star off is because of the butterfly key board design, my left shift key has been broken for a year and apple support said even tho I have the warranty I'd have to pay for it to get fixed.

This is my first Apple but won't be my last. I am amazed at everything it has to offer. The customer supports is over the top, and so kind to even the beginners. Thank you Apple, you won my loyalty. Looking into more Apple products.

I absolutely love my new MacBook Pro! It fits all the needs I had and looks stylish while doing so. I have been an apple user my whole life but I never had a apple computer. I think it is safe to say that I have been missing out!

The Best Buy experience as well as the product itself was golden. We love our Mac, we use it daily and its quality is beyond what we expected. We have IPhones and IPods, which makes it even easier to make good use of our new purchase.

I love my Mac Book Pro!! It is so simple to use and I apparently picked a good time to get it! My HP desktop just developed a huge problem and won't boot. I will only buy Apple from now on!! My daughter has the Air and we love them!
