Apple would match the price after the fact so I ended up just returning it and going to Best Buy. This is the second time this has happened. I know Best Buy will price match if it goes down after you you buy it. just buy your things from Best Buy then you won't end up having to jump so many hoops if a device goes on sale.

My kid wanted an Apple laptop even though I recommended he gets a Dell since you get more bang for your buck.
