Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited about this new computer, and Macbooks are known for being beautiful, and well engineered. Well this new model was a total disappointment. The keyboard was awful; some keys felt much different, and made a different noise when pressed, which made it unpleasant to type on. Also, the keys have a very short travel, which I got used too, but definitely do not prefer for extended typing sessions. The other thing I really dislike is the trackpad. It makes an annoying squeaky noise when you click it. It's not loud or anything, but did it was annoying and did not feel premium. This could have been a bad unit, but after 3 weeks of it, I couldn't take it anymore. I took it back to the store. It is an incredible looking device, but there are too many compromises in the design for me to recommend it.
