Change in charger and USB were an added nuisance. It just made me purchase extra things .i can't plug my cell phone in the laptop now, to charge it

This is my first Mac and I am finding the transition from a PC a little frustrating although I have high hopes that it will prove to be a good change. Have no complaints and expect to have positive result feedback for you in the future.

About 10 months after owning this laptop the screen has been going funky, has lines running down it, and lags when I turn it on and doesn't work properly until about 3 minutes after turning it on. other than that, it is great.

expensive msrp for a laptop that really isn't that great. battery life is extremely inconsistent and there's nothing really special about it aside from the apple logo, build quality, and OSX. Worth it if you care or need those things.

Best buy sold this defective computer either knowing or not knowing it was defective. In any case it was their responsibility to properly check out the computer before re-boxing it. Camera did not function, one port not functional, and now the display failing. Tried to work out fair deal with management twice but to no avail. Buyer beware of open box. To many times I have been told incorrect condition of the item in the box.

My new MacBook Pro heats up badly while using google drive application and Firefox browser.

I Bought a Mac with touch Id earlier but was horrible and had battery issues so bought this one without touch. Its nice no huge difference than the 2015 Mac.Only thing I like is the new colour!

To say Apple did a great job is not going to happen. First off, and this is Apple's fault, I had to return the new MacBook Pro because on of the letters on the keyboard was stiscking. Second, the fact that there's not even a slot for an SDHC card makes for a hassle to connect an adapter cord to plug your memory card into as well as to plug in the now external DVD drive. It's like a conglomeration of cords and devices instead of them being located within the laptop. Not one of the greatest designs for sure.

after about 3 and a half years the screen decided to stop working without any known incident or physical damage. Very disappointing.

If your into Apple cool. If you are looking for a laptop not what you want. Just never got the hang of it and just wasn’t quite right for me.

Happy with the tv and it’s functionality. Picture is good. Haven’t used all the features yet but just need to make time to learn how

While I know that technology is advancing it's a shame that one has to purchase so many accessories to accommodate their overall needs.

Sorry it is only 3 stars because I have not really used it, yet. But I have confidence it will be fine, after I get an orientation.

I love the computer and everything works great except the messed up headphone jack. When I plug in earphones all I hear is static.

Not comparable with Quickbooks payroll, which is the main reason we bought it. Had to return it and get an HP computer instead.

Keys randomly stick, super common issue for this MacBook series. for the price I would wait for a new keyboard

The day after I purchased it I went back to Best Buy because the keyboard was not functioning...I received a new one and I had the same issue..I went back and they told me to go through apple. Not the best experience.

Best Buy is the only place i shop for electronics. I love how they are so thorough with their product they represent

I would think for the price and name this would be an elite computer-there are still many things it's missing!
