I purchased this MacBook just over a year ago, and loved it as it did everything I wanted for school, was lightweight, and easy to use. The only real thing I didn’t like about the MacBook was that it required adapter after adapter to plug any other products into it. However this month I went to plug it in to charge, heard a pop and it hasn’t worked since (probably a dead power supply). Took it to Geek squad in Soquel and was told that they don’t work on Apple products (wish I would’ve been told that when I bought the thing.) Geek squad did tell me I was the second person to bring in a MacBook of this generation that day. I love all of my apple products and the cross functionality they offer, but when I pay $1300 for a laptop I expect it to work for more than a year. Very disappointed.

Great computer with a lot of functionalities and very fast.

It's a really well done Mac, very fast, things load up really quick, only thing is the number of ports it has, and the redesign of the ports that old MacBook accessories will require an adapter but overall a very good product

Good product for kid to used school work and playing games

My daughter had an older Macbook that was beginning to have problems. I bought her this new one and she was amazed at how much faster it was. She is also loving the display.

I must admit that I am a mac fan. All my original mac devices still work fine several years later. This mac doesn't disappoint. It's lightweight and powerful. The battery lasts all day. I'm on my laptop pretty consistently throughout the day. I though having only two usb-c ports would be a big problem but I don't actually use my adapter much. I just print wirelessly.

I own a iMac desktop computer and a iPad Pro. Love them both but being tied to a desk was confining and the lack of a full OS on the iPad left a gap. I recently began French lessons and I wanted the freedom of the laptop and full processing capabilities of Mac OS-more power. The MacBook fits the bill perfectly. I like the large track pad, it's easier to use than previous versions and more responsive. Small enough to put in a small backpack with all the computing power I want. The battery life is great, I only have to charge it every couple of day. For me this is the perfect companion to my other Apple products.

I've this laptop for 2 weeks now and I love it. It is fast, slender and is worth the money. I went to BB to buy a Mac Book Air that was on sale por $799.00 but I ended up buying this one. I'm happy so far with my purchase.

New design is great. Not high on the port accessibility

We purchased this base level version of the new Macbook Pro to replace a five year old Macbook Air. This is the closest thing in the current mac lineup, not counting the outdated Air model still for sale. It is a little expensive for what you get in terms of features, but the build quality is excellent and waiting for a sale makes it a little better. So far we are very pleased with it. The screen is beautiful and it has plenty of horsepower.

This is my first Mac product and I have to say it is a great laptop. I am still learning how to use the mac os however it has been very fun to use. It is fast. the keyboard needs getting used to but once you do, you will love typing on it. My major complaint is the price and Apple should have included an adapter with this macbook pro since it uses only usb c.

Purchased for my son in college and while setting it up, have nothing but great things to say about this laptop. The slim form factor and brilliant display along with new keyboard was a big reason for purchasing.

This was a great experience choosing this Apple MacBook Pro it have all the features that I need in it' so light you can just put it in your purse in forget it's there that's how light in slim it is. I love my MacBook.

Given the Best Buy Price, in the market for a new MacBook, decided to go with the MacBook Pro over the MacBook Air and MacBook as it offers the best of all worlds, with regards to the dimensions, speed and weight.

Perfect computer . Fast and efficient .macbook Pro is the way to go .def worth spending a bit more for the MacBook Pro which is thinner faster and lighter . I bought the USB c to USB converter and that's all I needed

I love my new MacBook Pro. I had a MacBook Air and it was performing very slowly lately. This computer is very fast, thin and elegant. I just had to buy a memory card reader to download my pics and problem solved.
