Absolutely hands down the most efficient laptop I've ever bought! Battery lasts FOREVER and it's SO lightweight!

I loved the lightweight design and how quickly everything boots up. Battery life has been great for me as well. I do mostly word processing, internet searching, and play some games. Nothing too heavy. Works great!

I love apple products in this laptop didnt let me down on performance. The only thing I wish it had was USB port.

It boots up very quick, no glitches, and the only problem is that it dose not have the USB C to sync with my phone

lighter then the old PRO, the keyboard takes a bit getting used to because the keys are not as heavy as the old PRO, and also because your mousepad is way bigger your hands have to come up further on the board to type, but once you get used to it, it's awesome. Biggest downside for me is the adapter that you have to have for USB because there are no USB ports. Adapters are cheap but its just an inconvenience to have to always carry it around in case you need it.

Slim, easy to pack; works exceptionally well. Best Buy was great to work with in my search for a new laptop.

I bought the MacBook Pro without the Touch Bar on sale because it was a good price and l couldn't pass up the deal. It was kind of unremarkable except for the screen which has amazing color. After using it for about a week I decided to exchange it for the laptop with the Touch Bar. The Touch Bar is a nice feature that other laptops don't have and really makes this laptop stand out. I like that you can make purchases online by using your fingerprint just like an iPhone. I am glad I upgraded to the Touch Bar laptop! It is expensive but I waited for it to go on sale at Best Buy. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it does not have a USB port. Apple could've at least put one on there. I am happy with my purchase overall.

Very happy with this purchase. I use this for both Mac OS and Windows (Bootcamp). Very fast and powerful.

I purchased this as a gift, and have watched the new owner use this with no difficulty. They have never had a Mac computer, but settled right in and has not required any help or instruction, and are already working better than they did on their old PC. It is lightweight, durable, and a pleasure to work on. I reviewed this and other models on line, and on Consumer Reports, and talking to both the Apple and the PC reps at Best Buy, and I would get this product again.

This Mac is a great all around laptop! This is my second one. Easy to use and great function! Highly recommend.

To start I bought my MacBook Pro, after exchanging a Google Chromebook 3 (which I also reviewed, and gave high marks). The problem I faced was having to buy a new computer before the start of Grad School. I decided, at first, to go with Goolge to save money and later switch to a Mac because almost all teachers use Mac in one form or another. After I found out google's OS does not support Java, I decided to spend the money and buy a MacBook Pro. As much as I love PC labtops, this has exceeded my expectations. I have always had other apple products (iPhones,IPods and an IPad). I personally love how seemlessly they all work together. I was surprised to find out after logging into my Apple ID, that my MacBook knew my internet password at home as well as any other wifi I had connected to on my phone. As most people know all of the Apple Apps work together and share data with each other. This even better because photos can go to my MacBook without hard wiring the Phone. It works great for connection all of your Apple devices together. I do recommend buying a Bluetooth mouse (I went another brand that works just fine), a few Insignia dongles that can connect a USB/flash drive, and another charging cable (USB to a USC). The reason I to buy another charging cable is functionality, the power supply "brick" is quite large and might be hard to find wall space for in a crowded area. I use it on campus so recycling the older IPad brick, for me works great. Just make sure to ask if unsure. The Best Buy staff at my local store were very helpful and I personally thank the Geek Squad worker for his own MacBook info, since he's had the same one for 10 years not and it works like new. I'm hoping this is the last Laptop I buy for a long time, since I went through 2 PC's already.

I really love this computer, it is what I was expecting. Fast, light, and very nice looking piece of equipment.

Upgraded from 2011 Macbook Pro. Impressed with screen and speed. I was nervous about battery life based on reviews and tests. I have not had any issues. Getting solid battery life, 7+ hours. Larger touch pad is nice. Siri more of a gimmick on a laptop. Easier to type your search in Google than to use Siri.

I'm not giving it five stars due to the fact that they changed the ports on it. I have to buy an adapter to plug in any USB cords. Other than that, I love how fast it is. The battery life is great as well!

I have had this MacBook for a little over a week now and have grown to like it more and more every single day. The keyboard takes getting used to but once your fingers get accustomed to the 0.5mm key travel then its truly a great experience. Screen speaks for itself.... :O! The only thing that is awful about this laptop is the lack of ports #donglelife I wish it was not so expensive but once you make the hard decision of purchasing it, you won't regret it.

My first Mac and I love it. Lightweight and very portable. Very responsive touch pad. Great battery life.

The battery life is amazing. Great laptop for everyday use. Compact and easy to store away in my backpack.
